summer inspiration

Well the warm summer nights are rolling in, and I am getting ready for a packed summer. I've been thinking about what ideas I want to explore this summer, taking some time to check in and see where my head is at. I love how my subconscious thoughts always come out on the canvas, even when I am attempting something else, something specific. Music has always been part of my inspiration, but this summer, I want to let music take the lead. I am excited to announce my participation in this season's Sunday in the Park at Lake Highlands Town Square. Memphis Soul Band will be playing and I'll be painting a work inspired by their music!
